Cancellation Policy

All consultations and quote appointments must be scheduled in advance through our booking system. Please provide accurate project details, including location, scope of work, and timeline so we can prepare properly for your visit. You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is scheduled. If you need to reschedule, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments without communication may limit future booking availability. For on-site consultations, please ensure access to the project area and have any relevant plans, measurements, or inspiration photos available. For new construction or larger remodels, plans may be requested in advance to maximize the efficiency of the appointment. If your preferred time is unavailable, you may request to join our waitlist or schedule a different time. Should an earlier appointment open, clients on the waitlist will be contacted in order of request. Openings are time-sensitive and must be confirmed promptly. BPS Interiors focuses on full service cabinetry, remodels, built ins, and outdoor kitchen installations and commercial finish carpentry projects. Smaller repair-only request may be referred to trusted partners to ensure proper service. We respect your time and investment, and we appreciate the same consideration as we work to deliver precise craftsmanship and elevated results.
